Managing Partner
Seasoned professional in mergers and acquisitions with expert knowledge in privately held business assignments, including sales and purchases of businesses, debt financing, troubled company restructurings, and business valuations. Exceptional communicator with a consultative sales style, strong negotiating skills, exceptional problem solving abilities, and able to perform under extreme pressure. Can aggressively identify opportunities and hidden value, while focusing on providing tactical and financial solutions for clients. Prior to starting Exodus Valuations, Mr. Campbell was the owner of a contract and installation company located in San Diego, which he sold in 1997. Mr. Campbell received an Honorable Discharge from United States Marine Corps in 1989 and has an Associates of Arts degree, a Bachelor's in Business Administration (BA) with a dual degree in Business Management (BM).

Ron Stinner

Financial Analyst
With three decades of experience in investment management working with C-level teams, Ron has participated in financing transactions for nearly 30 start-ups, contributing to the creation of hundreds of permanent jobs. With Exodus, Ron works with business owners interested in obtaining traditional or SBA financing, structuring partnership dissolutions, or developing sound acquisition or exit strategies. Key strengths include the capability of describing innovative concepts and projects increasing the triple bottom line. Mr. Stinner graduated from Temple University. With 15 years of investment management experience, he held FINRA Series 7, 24, 28, 63 and 65 licenses. He departed a successful brokerage career in good standing. Prior to Exodus, he earned ten years of experience in venture capital and private equity. His expertise in small-cap stocks as a free-lance financial writer was recognized in a positive article in Barron’s in August of 2005.

Larry has personally managed and performed valuations on hundreds of businesses. His industry expertise is in technology, manufacturing, and B2B services. Combining his business valuation knowledge with a company’s financial data and subject company information helps determine the market value of a company’s assets and income stream as part of our market presentations. Larry is an innate-problem solver capable of handling the most challenging of tasks with analytical skills and exceptional leadership. He graduated from Cal State University of Fullerton with a Bachelors of Arts in Economics with a minor in Finance.

Senior Financial Analyst
As an accomplished and results-oriented Finance and Accounting professional, Kathleen has extensive, well-rounded experience supporting the construction, manufacturing, and biotech industries. Kathleen is a straight shooter, with the talent to simplify processes, ensure transparent communications, and influence bottom-line profitability to drive efficiencies, improvements and cost-effective business solutions. She has the ability to peel informational layers, put pieces together, identify risks / opportunities, and plan for the unexpected for good decision-making and best practices. She received a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management, and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, San Diego, California.
